How do telehealth consultations work?
Telehealth consultations are conducted online via a secure video call. All that you will need is access to a secure internet connection and an electronic device that supports video calls. When you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need and a link for the video call.

Telehealth consultations allow for greater flexibility in location, so if you are in a rural or remote location you can still access naturopathic care without the expense, stress and time away that comes with travel. Consulting online also means that you can attend appointments from home, so you can still access the care you need even when you are feeling unwell, are infectious or would just prefer the comfort of home.

Sarah is a degree-qualified naturopath, mother and lover of nature. Her approach to healthcare is evidence-based, holistic and individualised. In providing advice and support, your unique values and health goals are considered. You are actively involved in the consultation process and in the development of your treatment plan. Privacy and security
I conduct all consultations in a private consultation room and apply exactly the same measures to ensure confidentiality as I do for face-to-face consultations. I highly recommend that you attend your consultation in a private space or use headphones to ensure confidentially. Video calls are secured with end-to-end encryption and are never recorded.
Treatment plan and prescriptions
Following your consultation, you will be emailed a copy of your treatment plan and if further pathology testing is required, referrals will be organised for you. Nutritional and herbal supplement prescriptions are provided as part of treatment plan and are dispensed via external dispensary companies.
